Made for Mission: Owensboro is a one-day regional gathering created to inspire and equip priests and parish leaders to embrace the Church’s missionary identity with renewed passion and purpose.

Hosted in partnership by Alpha USA Catholic Context and Divine Renovation, this event is rooted in the conviction that every parish has the potential to be a catalyst for spiritual renewal in its local community.

Meet the speakers

Fr. Tom Clegg, pastor of St. John Paul II Parish in Sellersburg, Indiana, was ordained in 1990 as a priest of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. He has served as an Associate Pastor, Pastor, High School Instructor, and Fire Department Chaplain over his 35 years of priesthood. He is passionate about parish renewal and keeping people connected to God and the Church. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, leading pilgrimages, and occasionally playing Texas Hold ’em.

Marlene Stammerman is the Director of Evangelization at St. John Paul II Parish in Sellersburg, Indiana. She has 38 years of experience in pastoral ministry in the Catholic Church. Having served in parish, deanery, diocesan, and national ministry, she has been committed to journeying with people as they discover and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ and find their spiritual home in the Catholic Church.

Brad Hubbard currently serves as the Campus Director for Encounter School of Ministry based in Dallas. He formerly was the Alpha Coordinator for nine years at St. Ann Parish in Coppell. Brad served nationally with Alpha as an Alpha Hub church to help encourage others churches to thrive, an Alpha Coach where he traveled around the region to facilitate Run Alpha trainings, and as an Alpha prayer team member. He is passionate about equipping leaders for evangelization through the power of the Holy Spirit. Brad lives in the Dallas area with his wife and enjoys spending time with his children and granddaughters.

Angie Glendinning is the US Regional Lead with Divine Renovation Ministry. She has over fifteen years of parish leadership experience and serves on her local parish’s Leadership Team. She lives in Concord, New Hampshire, with her husband.

Clint Campbell is a dynamic Christian artist and motivational speaker who is dedicated to sharing the message of hope found in Jesus Christ and the transformative power of His Church. Combining musical talent and engaging storytelling, Clint connects with audiences of all generations and captures their attention to the very end

Dr. Jeff Andrini serves as the Director of the Office of Evangelization and Discipleship for the Diocese of Owensboro. He is a graduate of Marquette University and has advanced degrees from Loyola University, St. Joseph College, and the Catholic Theological Union. He has served in full-time parish and consulting ministries since 1990.

Ideal for parish leaders, you’ll learn strategies to enhance your music ministry and create a welcoming environment for all. Leave with actionable ideas to transform your parish through song!

Parish Small Group with Dr. Jeff Andrini- Community, Formation, Impact! We all know small groups are an essential tool in adult faith formation and parish culture renewal… Come learn a systems approach to effectively promoting, launching and growing a vibrant parish culture through small groups.

Leading through a Team with Angie Glendinning and Fr. Tom Clegg – Leadership is challenging but with a team you can find more joy and fruitfulness in your leadership.  Learn what a leadership team looks like and who makes good team members in this session. Plus, hear Fr. Tom’s experience of leading out of a team in his own parish.
